Quality assurance and quality control services from MAX STEEL ensures the quality of all raw materials, structures, components as well as processing systems utilized during the fabrication and manufacturing processes.
- Max Steel will assure & comply with British standard (BSI), European Standards (EN), International Standards (ISO), AISC on clients demand
- Raw materials inspection – Physical inspection / Mill Test Heat Number Audit Trails
- Fabrication inspection (All the report, as per Drawing and visual inspection)
- Welding Inspection (ASNT-NDT-L2), CSWIP, AISC-American Institute of Steel Construction) , AWS– American welding society ,
- Welder qualification as per the WPQR-Welder Performance Qualification Record , WPS-Welding Procedure Specification, PQR-Procedure Qualification Record, Welder certificate
- ASNT-NDT-L2– Non Destructive Test-VT, DPT, MPI,UT, RT(If required) all the test to be conducted as per the requirement & as per ASME.
- Surface preparation & painting inspection (WFT& DFT)
- Final inspection before dispatch.
